1.Write Down the Subject
Practise writing down the things you want to keep in memory. There are also scientific explanations of it.

To increase the brain power, you must eat food rich with vitamins.
Eat foods that are rich in protein and mineral such as fresh vegetables, dark green vegetables, fish, meat, eggs, milk, wheat bread.Drink pure water as much as possible. Avoid lots of greasy foods.
Refrain from smoking and drug use. These are terrible for your brain.
3. Have Regular Exercise
Exercise does not just keep your body active, it also keeps your brain active. Obesity and excess weight are harmful to your brain.If you do not do regular exercise, the organs of your body will be inactive .
Then blood vessels will be fulfill with fat.
As a result, normal blood circulation is interrupted in the brain the by the blood.
This may cause damage to the brain cells.So exercise regularly and keep your organs of your body running and improve your memory.
4. Listen to Music
Researchers have shown that some music is beneficial for improving memory.
This is the case - if you listen to a song during an event, the memory of the event will wake up in your brain when listening to that song again.
5.Teach others
What you want to learn teach it to others after learning .You will be able to catch the shortcomings of your knowledge while teaching others.
It will be your practice again by teaching another.You can share your thoughts with others on something new. Then it will last forever in your memory.
